ETHIOPIA: BUSINESS MANAGEMENT e-coaching

Two Ethiopian companies have recently received remote training on good business management practices, especially relevant in the context of Covid-19. Management staff at Lucy Agricultural Development Plc in Addis Ababa, and technical staff at SMUR Agricultural Development Plc, both received the coaching, including on how to update and monitor an existing business plan. The training, given by a COLEACP expert from Kenya, was provided through the EU/AFD-funded Fit For Market programme.
